BYE 2011 HELLO 2012!
Jan 17.12.- It's like 4am...I think I slept abit too early tonight but I'm gonna go back to the comfort of his arms pretty soon :).
The year 2011 ended with losing my grandpa Amesiah Beardy on Dec 30....I left on the 28th of Dec only to hear my grandpa was getting medivaced at that same hour I arrived in KI, made me sad to think I didn't get to see my grandfather for over 2 yrs. When I heard he passed I just couldn't hold it in too long...I knelt down in front of my grandma and had a good cry, I also felt for my grandma....I can't imagine how it feels to lose someone who was so much apart of your life, someone you can always depend on. My gramps was like a father to me....he took me in and raised me, he loved me and always made sure I was well taken care of. I stopped to consider how he was in pain for a few years and that it was just time for him to rest...he held on so long because he had alot to live for...like his 9 children..his 33 grandkids and 36 or something great grandkids....he loved us all so much. I just wish I had a chance to see him again...he was always so happy to see me and thats what I imagined I would see before I went home. I miss him alot but I know he is still with me. I just wanna thank my man Leon for being there for me, you never left my side and you made me feel the comfort I needed.
The day after the funeral was my brother Justins wedding, which is the main reason I was going home. Everyone agreed that he should just go on with it, we all know thats what our grandfather would have wished. I think marriage is a beautiful thing although some may not agree because of your unhappiness. I just wanted to add that because I can just hear alot of negativity already..lol. My brothers wedding was beautiful...his bride was beautiful. It was a nice day and I wish nothing but the best for my brother, I'm glad he is happy.

My trip back home was pretty busy, there was alot going on but I am glad I got to see alot of family and friends...and I'm glad Leon was there with me. I wish my kids have been there but I will let them take a trip there in the near future.
